Terms of Service

Updated 18 September 2026

These terms cover Spritely, sprites.codes, and our dedicated Spritely Support service operated by Dion M. and Evan S. Spritely Utilities is the support server’s internal moderation and ticket bot; it is not offered for installation in other servers.

Server investigations and staff access

By installing or continuing to use Spritely in a server, the server operator agrees that we may investigate that server when and where we reasonably consider it necessary for operating and protecting Spritely. This may include reviewing the bot’s configuration, permissions, recorded activity and relevant information accessible to it.

Where the bot’s existing Discord permissions allow, we may use Spritely to create a server invite so authorised team members can join and investigate. We may do this without advance notice where notice could undermine a security or abuse investigation. This does not bypass Discord permissions, grant staff administrator access, or authorise access to channels they cannot otherwise see.

There will be a valid reason behind any staff visit. Examples include investigating reported abuse, suspected misuse of Spritely, security concerns, breaches of these terms, or a technical/support issue. Staff must have a valid service-related reason for joining; this is not permission for unrelated browsing, harassment or collecting unnecessary personal information. Information obtained is handled under the Privacy Policy.

What Spritely does

Spritely helps Discord users track Fortnite sprite collections, mastery and wanted forms, compare collections and find trading information. Your collection is linked to your Discord ID and follows you between servers using Spritely. Records are self-reported; indexing a sprite does not verify in-game ownership or mastery.

Spritely does not connect to your Epic Games account, transfer sprites, hold items or guarantee trades. Trades happen between players in Fortnite. This is an independent fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games. Fortnite names and artwork belong to their respective owners.

Using the service

Server setup and support

Installing Spritely requires Discord’s appropriate server permissions. Some configuration checks require the current server owner. Server owners remain responsible for their server and its rules. Spritedex-specific bulk indexing and distribution functions are not available in other servers.

For help, use Spritely Support. Member and server-owner tickets have separate queues. Authorised staff can inspect relevant records as described in the Privacy Policy. Server diagnostics require verification that the ticket opener is the current Discord owner. Staff may escalate a case to Management or Ownership Team.

Availability and enforcement

Features and capacity limits may change. Maintenance, outages and corrections can affect availability or records; no uninterrupted service or guaranteed accuracy is promised. We may restrict access or moderate content to address abuse, protect users or comply with applicable requirements. You can ask the support team to review a restriction.

Responsibility

The service is provided as available. Take care when relying on community-sourced information or arranging trades. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept responsibility for losses caused by unavailable or inaccurate service or transactions between players. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be announced through the support server. Questions about these terms can be raised in a private support ticket.
